A mass housing project for MHADA. The project was executed in three stages in order to allow easy construction. The project included designing Stilt plus 3 residential (HIG, MIG, LIG) including RCC and MEP.

Farmhouse at Mahabaleshwar
We designed an 1800 sq. ft. dual-height bungalow for a client from the merchant navy. The layout prioritized a spacious open area at the rear of the plot, complemented by multi-level sloping roofs to add character and enhance the design.
